Today we thought we’d try something a little new and post about a wedding from this past weekend! We had the pleasure of working with Bridget and Fritz throughout these last six months to ensure that their big day ran seamlessly and that it was everything they envisioned and more. We don’t normally post non-professional snapshots of our weddings, but Bridget and Fritz were such a fun couple we couldn’t resist sharing with the world how amazing their day was! We took a few photos on our phones to document some of the behind the scenes action. As the day unfolded, the linens, table designs, lighting, and floral arrangements turned out remarkably beautiful. Not only that, we have also been so incredibly blessed to have amazing weather these last two weekends for our clients. With Mother Nature giving us warmth and sunshine one day then snow the next, we couldn’t have asked for better weather than 70 degrees and sunshine on Bridget and Fritz’s big day.
Two things that stood out to us were a witty, fun, and on-point Matron of Honor toast and seeing everyone (yes, everyone) on the dance floor celebrating the night away. Bridget and Fritz’s family and friends gathered from all over the nation in order to celebrate this wonderful day with them. The enthusiasm exuding from each and every loved one at the event was overwhelming in the most positive way possible!
This event was sure done right to kick off the wedding season. Echard Wheeler will have real, amazing detail shots in the coming weeks that we can’t wait to share with everyone. Also, thank you to these amazing event professionals: Daevid’s of Norfolk, Kim Wadsworth, Elissa Johnson (one of our go-to stylists and sister-in-law of the bride!), Blue Steel Lighting, My Cake Delights, Strictly Bizzness, Captain Mack Simmons, and of course Cavalier Golf and Yacht.
